Shipping

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link to your tracking page.

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours to show any sort of an update within the tracking link.

Help me! There's a mistake in my shipping info!

Uh no! We need to update this ASAP. Please reach out to us with your order number and correct shipping address, and we will attempt to make this change for you!

Please note that this change may slightly delay your shipment or delivery time by about 24-48 hours.

Why haven't I received my confirmation email?

Please make sure to check your spam and promotions folders but if you still can't find it don't won't worry. Contact us @ shop@kaobafashion.com. 

Why is my order delayed?

It can take up to 24h to process your order specially when its multiple products.

Once you receive your confirmation email (with the tracking number) it can take 3-4 business days for your package to be delivered. Please be aware there can be delays due to holidays or weekends. Keep in mind that shipping days are Mondays- Fridays. If your order was received after 2pm it will be shipped the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?

US Standard shipping is $5. 

Canada and Mexico is  $20. America is $25

UK is $25. Europe is $30.

Asia is $30 Australia is $40. 

 

 

Returns

Can I return my product?

Yes you can return your item up to 30 days after your purchase.

The item must be in pristine condition and you must send an email at shop@kaobafashion.com requesting approval to return the item(s).

Sorry babe we cannot accept products that are dirty, stained, washed or without tags.

 

Where do I send my returns?

Please make sure to receive the approval confirmation email before returning any items to our exchange address listed below:

If my order was cancelled how will you refund me?

Sorry to hear that babe... If for whatever reason your order is cancelled we will refund your selected payment method.

 

Can I exchange my product for a different one?

Yes you can exchange your product as long as its in the same condition as you received it (excellent :) ) .

 

Do I have to cover the return shipping costs?

Sorry babe you would have to cover for the return shipping costs back to  us.

Why was my order cancelled?

So sorry to hear that babe. At times the items can sell out or be over sold. If this were to happen you would receive a full refund for the item(s) that were out of stock. 

 

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Sorry babe once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
